No one really knows where or when Ace is originally from. They seem to stroll through time, casually navigating one cataclysmic event after another. Ace’s last known whereabouts are in the Fifth Era, running a highly illegal and highly lucrative card game. One night, after Ace cleaned the wallets of a cabal of corrupt bureaucrats, there was a knock on the door. It was Heracles, carrying his very big club with his very big temper. No one steals from Heracles and walks away without a massive headache. 

But this was all part of Ace’s plan to steal something much, much bigger. They just needed to break someone out of a high security prison first. Then, the Vault Breakers would be ready.

Collectibles

The Ace hero coin, designed by Vincent Nguyen, is the second coin set in Battle Pass Season One and the fourth Crearen coin in the Eighth Era collection. The coin comes in three rarities: colorized (1/350), silvered (1/50), and gold-gilted (1/5). 

Abilities

Ace is a chance-based support hero with an impressive array of ally buffs and enemy debuffs. Roll the dice, flip the coin, or spin the roulette… you might heal your allies, or deal a massive amount of damage. Check out their abilities below:

Wild Card [Primary Skill]: Deal 100% damage to a single enemy, with a 50% chance to apply 1 random debuff for 1 turn(s). 

Dice Roll [Charge Skill]: Heal all allies for 20% of Ace’s max HP, with a 50% chance to apply either attack up, crit rate up, crit effect up, defense up, speed up, or regenerate to each for 1 turn(s). 

Coin Toss [Charge Skill 2]: Has an equal chance to deal 200% damage or to apply stun to a single enemy for 1 turn(s). 

‍Restorative Roulette [Superswap]: Heal a single random ally for 60% of Ace’s max HP. If the ally tapped on is healed, apply invincibility to all allies for 1 turn(s). If the ally tapped on is not healed, deal 150% damage to all enemies.

Double Down [Passive]: When an ally allies a debuff to an enemy, there is a 5% chance to apply an additional random debuff. 

Unlock Ace via the in-game tournament menu starting August 12th. They’ll be available to unlock and rank up through September 7th.
